TAS Architecture developed the schematic design with a full set of 3D renderings — from sunset street views to aerial studies — that establish the development's massing, private outdoor spaces, and refined material palette.

Design Intent
Warm timber screens, expansive glazing, and crisp white volumes give the units a sleek, light-filled character that glows at golden hour. The site is organized around shared drives, lush native planting, and private pool courtyards, balancing density with privacy while framing a contemporary residential address.
