Overview
Discovery Landing is a master-planned community of detached cottage residences in a classic Bahamian clapboard idiom. TAS Architecture developed the schematic design with a family of home types — complete with floor plans, colour elevations, and a full set of exterior and interior renders — that establish the character of the streetscape and the beachfront setting.

Design Intent
Pastel weatherboard facades, metal hip roofs, deep verandas, and white picket fences give the community a cheerful, walkable seaside character. Varied home types and colourways create rhythm along the streets, while the plan steps toward the water to share beach access and framed ocean views.
