Overview
One Lakeside Residences is a multi-unit residential development of modern townhomes designed as a cohesive, walkable community. TAS Architecture developed the schematic design with an extensive set of 3D renderings — from streetscapes to aerials — alongside site and floor plan layouts that establish the community's massing, amenities, and material character.

Design Intent
Crisp gabled volumes in warm timber and soft neutrals are woven together by landscaped drives, native planting, and a shared pool and pergola amenity. The plan balances privacy and community, framing each home with terraces and greenery while maintaining a clean, contemporary identity throughout.
