The Ridge at Atlantic Drive is a real estate development comprising a series of contemporary residential units. Each home pairs an open great room and kitchen with a private master suite, additional bedrooms, and indoor-outdoor terraces. TAS Architecture developed the scheme with detailed floor plans and an extensive render set studying the units and their shared site.

Design Intent
The development balances density with privacy — stacked two-level layouts, generous terraces, and a cohesive exterior language give the complex a refined residential identity while maximizing the value and livability of each unit.
