TAS Architecture composed the community around curving streets, landscaped canals, and a marina, with private villas opening to pools, gardens, and direct beach frontage.

Design Intent
White gabled villas with deep verandas and metal roofs are arranged to maximize water views and breezeways, stepping toward the beach and canals. Lush native landscaping, shared waterways, and a marina knit the community together while giving each villa privacy, light, and a strong connection to the Bahamian shoreline.
