Overview
Sea Lily is a 6,500 ft² private residence set along the beach on Windermere Island, Eleuthera. TAS Architecture arranged the home as a symmetrical composition of white pavilions stepping down to a seaside pool terrace, pairing a grand front elevation and arrival stair with relaxed, light-filled living spaces oriented to the water.

Design Intent
Crisp white volumes, deep verandas, and a covered ocean-view terrace frame the home around indoor-outdoor living, while floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the line between the interiors and the beach. Inside, a coffered-ceiling living room, a glazed primary suite, and a bright island kitchen are finished in soft neutrals and natural materials for understated coastal luxury.
