Overview
Aloft Townhouses is a residential development of attached homes that reinterprets the colourful vernacular of Bahamian architecture for modern living. TAS Architecture shaped a set of two-storey townhouses with gabled roofs, shaded arcades, and private patios, arranged behind landscaped frontage to create a calm, community-oriented streetscape.

Design Intent
Soft pastel facades, deep covered porches, and arched ground-floor loggias give the townhouses a warm, distinctly Bahamian identity, while generous glazing fills the interiors with daylight. Inside, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together with light timber, crisp white millwork, and accents of island colour for relaxed, contemporary family living.
