Overview
The Old Fort Bay Residence is a private home in one of Nassau's premier gated communities. TAS Architecture developed the design with extensive exterior and interior renders alongside ground and first floor plans, refining proportion, daylight, and the relationship between the home and its richly planted grounds.

Design Intent
An ornamental gated forecourt and mature palms frame a warm, light-toned exterior, while the interiors pair a sculptural staircase, bright kitchen, and sunlit living rooms with soft, livable finishes. Generous glazing and a glazed garden room dissolve the line between the residence and its tropical setting.
