The South Ocean Estates Residence is a private home developed through construction documentation for a generous corner lot. TAS Architecture refined the design with a full render set and detailed site plans, shaping a relaxed coastal home that opens fully to its gardens, pool, and shaded outdoor living.

Design Intent
A low, gabled white-and-blue volume wraps the home in deep verandas and porches, dissolving the line between inside and out. A cabana-framed pool court, light-filled kitchen, and vaulted living spaces with timber ceilings give the residence a calm, breezy character rooted in its landscaped setting.
