Overview
The Cat Island Complex is a beachfront development of connected modular pavilions set against the ocean. TAS Architecture presented two schematic design options, each studying massing, rooflines, and the relationship between the structures and the surrounding coastal landscape.

Design Intent
Hipped metal roofs, natural timber cladding, and a low-slung profile root the complex in its tropical setting. The pavilions step along the shoreline to maximize ocean views and breezeways, with lush native planting framing arrival and outdoor living.
