Overview
Ki'ama is a luxury resort and residential retreat set along the turquoise water of Exuma. TAS Architecture shaped a collection of contemporary villas, beachfront amenities, and a private marina across a dramatic coastal landscape — pairing indoor-outdoor living, infinity pools, and refined interiors with direct access to the sea.

Design Intent
Crisp white volumes, warm timber ceilings, and walls of glazing open the villas fully to the water, while cliffside infinity pools and shaded terraces extend living outdoors. The plan threads private residences, beaches, and a marina through native landscaping, framing long views over the Exuma cays and an effortless connection between architecture, sea, and sky.
