Design Intent
Two-storey condominium buildings with white metal hip roofs and soft coastal tones step along the shoreline, each opening through deep covered terraces to the beach and a central pool. Walls of sliding glass dissolve the line between the light-filled living, dining, and bedroom interiors and the oceanfront lawns, while palms and native planting settle the resort gently into its beachfront landscape.
