Overview
A New Plan for Downtown Nassau is TAS's competition entry to reimagine the Central Bank of The Bahamas and its surrounding urban fabric, developed in collaboration with the Earl Jackson Workshop of New Jersey. Spanning several city blocks, the study analyzes existing conditions and proposes a coordinated framework to revitalize the historic core while strengthening its connection to the waterfront.

Design Intent
The plan is organized around four goals — improved traffic flow, new parks and green spaces, opportunities for new development, and better parking and circulation. Massing studies, green-space diagrams, and circulation analyses (set against the historic survey of old Nassau) map a phased, walkable vision that balances heritage preservation with forward-looking commercial and residential development.
