Overview
The Bisignani Residence is a private home on Long Island conceived as an elevated retreat immersed in coastal and natural surroundings. TAS Architecture developed the design through design development with extensive exterior and interior studies that refine proportion, daylight, and the relationship between indoor living and the Bahamian landscape.

Design Intent
The residence prioritizes long sightlines to water and native terrain, with exterior massing and material selections that feel rooted in place while remaining contemporary. Interior renders explore warm, light-filled gathering spaces and private suites calibrated for comfort, ventilation, and connection to the outdoors.
